It is celebrated in the cathedral with the story of the legendary 2nd-century Spanish missionary Firmin who was said to have been the first bishop of Amiens.
Here the saint is shown as if living while holding his decapitated head. This statue is said to have come from the destroyed bishop's palace at Amiens.
