This is my first love from Amouage! It helps to be bold to wear this...it definitely is unusual. I think it's best suited to cooler weather and evening wear, but really would be fine any time and any time of year. It has elements of the outdoors, of a spice shop, sweetness...for myself and my husband, it really is intoxicating. Lasts many hours and the drydown is lovely, more of the sweet wood and I believe Frankincense. The opening makes me feel as if I'm in the woods of my childhood, with all things deep, fresh, and growing (though not floral), with the bergamot and orange blossom coming through. It is horribly expensive, but after several months' consideration I decided it's worth it. I also love Interlude Man, though it has a stronger spice shop scent and is definitely stronger...and some of my female friends really dislike it on me (husband loves it, though).
