Received an OPENED Package!!

Received an OPENED Package!!!
And instructions to leave in a safe place not followed… always disappointed by my experiences with DPD.
Terrible service …

Delivery but where?

I asked with a notice on my door to deliver at neighbor nr 25. I get a notice you have delivered, but in the mail notice It is not mentioned where you delivered. This time no problem but when you random deliver at neighbors and don’t let me know where you delivered then this can create problems, I lost a parcel of over 4000 € earlier this year, only guessing what the courier did with it. DPD did not help me in any way. A shame.

Package was totally wet

It was raining.. 1 hour of rain and carton boxes don’t do well together..

Undelivered parcel

I had an email that said parcel 02605033024687 had been delivered but it is not here. There is no paper in the box that says they couldn't deliver it. There is no information that says where the parcel is. Please would you let me know where my parcel is.

Schedule respected and deliver ring twice

Delivered ring twice and wait moreover the delivery was fast and the schedule was respected it is the secind time i have really good experience with DpD it's look like something change since last year
