Stated below are Camayas return policies. Please carefully read below.

No Refunds/Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at you should promptly contact us by phone: 561.371.2655| 561.301.8607 email: camayasinfo@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. All claims for damages, defects, or shortages must be made within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise. Damage/defect claims made after 5 days receipt will not be honored. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product. We do not accept incomplete pre-packs returned to us or garments used, worn, soiled or altered by the consumer. Please allow up to three weeks for processing.

  • All sales are final and shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Only exchanges or merchandise credit will be allowed.
  • No cancellations are accepted after the shipment of orders.
  • Shipping costs for all return items must be paid by the customer.
  • All returns must include a RA# (Return Authorization). Please contact us for a RA#. Returns without a return authorization number will be declined and shipped back to the sender.
  • All claims for damages, defects, or shortages must be made within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise.  Damage/defect claims made after 5 days receipt will not be honored.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies for items returned without original packaging.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies for shipped orders refused or unaccepted by the customer. Shipping and handling fees on returned merchandise are non-refundable.
