Biographical Sketch:
Joe Schreurs has worked in the public health field for over 12 years focused on utilizing technology along with process improvements to achieve business needs within a local health department. Joe is a certified project manager, and uses this knowledge and project management skills to manage business and technology projects within Larimer County and specifically within Health & Human Services. Currently he is the project manager for Larimer County’s Enterprise Content Management System (C Cubed) which will be installed in 2013.
His major achievements, within the field of public health, has been the management of the Public Health – ETHOS application system, Chairing the State and Local Information Technology Group for Local Health Departments in Colorado, and the development of a Integrated Sanitary Inspection Systems (ISIS) which was recognized by NACCHO for excellence in Information Technology in 2000.
Joe has applied his software knowledge and skills to train new developers at Front Range Community College, and before coming to Larimer County managed and created information systems for both manufacturing and hospital business environments.
