Description
The HI5731BIBZ is a 12-bit, 100MSPS, high-speed digital-to-analog converter (DAC) designed for various applications in the electronics industry. This DAC is implemented in the Intersil BiCMOS 10V (HBC-10) process and operates from +5V and -5.2V power supplies. It features a low glitch energy and excellent frequency domain performance, thanks to its segmented architecture. The HI5731BIBZ includes an input data register and a bandgap voltage reference, providing -20.48mA of full-scale output current.
