The archives of Jozef Chabert mainly relate to his political activities (cabinet archives). In the first place, the archives contain correspondence and notes dating from the period between 1989 and 2004. A great number of speeches going back to the years 1981-2004 can also be consulted. The speeches and correspondence already account for one sixth of the archives. Further, the archives consist of files related to press, mainly documentation, files on employment and staff, culture, external relations, finance and budget, and so on. All of those files refer to the Brussels-Capital region.
