Returns & Exchanges

The materials and products on this site are provided “customized per client” and with a 1-year warranty, whether expressed or implied. This warranty does not include damages incurred by the consumer, damages to any property, normal wear-and-tear, or aging of the products. 

New, unused, unassembled, and resalable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. You will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order, and will exclude all outbound shipping charges.

Refunds are processed after the warehouse receives, inspects and processes your item(s). This processing time typically takes 5-7 business days. It may take an additional 3 days until the credit is visible on your credit card statement. 

Custom sizes, customized designs, and ALL CUSHIONS cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged Items

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage,  please make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@easybreezyporchswings.com and we will process a claim on your behalf. Damages must be reported within 7-10 days of delivery. 

Cancellations

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping charges. 

Assembly 

Some assembly is required. Swing arrives partially assembled with easy-to-follow assembly instructions and hardware. It will take approximately 30-45 minutes to assemble. If you need any assistance with assembly, please email support@easybreezyporchswings.com. We respond to emails during business hours Monday thru Friday.

Free Shipping 

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders shipped within the Continental U.S.

Please make note of your item's unique shipping timeframe as you check out. Most of our items ship within 6-7 weeks and are custom-made for each order. 

Your item(s) will be shipped using FedEx or UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Depending on the size and weight of your items, your order may be delivered curbside or at your home's nearest point of entry.  You will be responsible for moving your item(s) into your home or onto your porch. 

If your item is too large for FedEx or UPS Ground, it will be sent freight, otherwise known as a "Less than Truck Load" (LTL). This is a curbside delivery service. The meaning of curbside delivery is the driver will drop the pallet to the nearest of your street curbside. 

We do not ship to PO boxes.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website, within three months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

• Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
• The item must be in stock on the competitors website.
