Click the chat icon  on bottom right of your screen for assistance or follow these steps to take your (PD)

Your prescription and pupillary distance (PD) come from your eye doctor (optometrist).

Single vision prescriptions are for patients who have trouble seeing either near or far (but not both), and the prescription will not have a value in the ADD column.

Learn to measure your own PD and frame size. Don't worry we're going to share tips and tools that will help you find the perfect fitting frame.

STRESS FREE METHOD: If you already wear eyeglasses and they fit well. Using a millimeter ruler measure the entire front of the frame, from the point that sticks out farthest on the left, to the point that sticks out farthest on the right or Screw to Screw on both ends of the front of the frame. The average adult frame width is 136-138mm and kids frame width is 110-127mm.

Your PD measurement is also useful in helping you pick frame sizes. You can multiply your Pupillary Distance by 2 and use this new number to find the Frame Width. Your eyes will be centered in the frame.

for example if your PD is 62mm. times it by 2.

62x2= 124mm is your frame with.

Your frame with should be between 124mm -127mm

Progressives unlike bifocals, there is no visible line between each viewing area. They have a seamless, invisible design where the power “progressively” changes throughout the lens. How Do I Measure My Progressive Lens Segment Height Myself?  Segment Height, also known as Seg Height or SH, is the vertical measurement in millimeters from the bottom of the lens in your frames, to center of the pupil.    If you would like to measure your own segment height then you will need to have the frame in hand, because you can only measure it while the glasses are on your head. You can either purchase the frame without prescription lenses first.  "Non-Rx Demo Lenses" are included with the selected frame.  (click "Add Frame Only." on the product page) and then send them back to have your prescription lenses put in after the segment height has been measured.  Or if you have already received your frames then start with the measurements.
