For best results, refrigerate your syringe upon receipt. Always maintain sterile handling techniques when working with the syringe, and be sure to shake it thoroughly before use. We recommend using a sterile injection port for inoculation, if available, to minimize the risk of contamination. If you have access to a controlled environment, consider using a flow hood or a still air box during the inoculation process to further reduce the possibility of contaminants. And if you plan to reuse the needle, remember to sterilize it both before and after each subsequent use. Syringes should ALWAYS be stored in a dark and cool environment as well as using the bag provided or a clean Ziploc bag.
