The Thuja Rheingold Arborvitae is a stunning evergreen shrub that grows up to 6 feet tall. It's grown in zones 3-7 and has a beautiful golden color.
Rheingold Arborvitae is an evergreen shrub in the cypress family. As a young shrub, it has a dense globose form with golden-yellow juvenile foliage in summer. Winter brings out a strong coppery color. As it matures it develops more scale-like foliage and a more upright conical form, reaching 6 feet tall and 4.5 feet wide in 10 years.

Note: The plant is shipped in its pot, firmly secured with several layers of clear tape, thereby avoiding any shuffling and moving during transit. The plant reaches you with minimal damage- very safe and secure. We have been shipping plants like this for several years (plant are sometimes shipped in smaller pots for safety and ease of shipping). Most plants go dormant in fall and winter and will lose most of their leaves - looking dead and dry - very normal. They will flush out in spring.
