LEATHER

ICON CROFT uses only the finest leathers on our product, adhering to stringent quality control processes and strict inspections by experienced technicians. Our limited Lifetime Warranty covers normal wear and tear. Leather is a natural material, with natural characteristics such as small wrinkles and slight color, texture, and grain variations that do not affect its quality, but adds to a distinctive appearance. To protect your fine leather product, avoid harsh chemicals and direct sunlight. This warranty does not cover soiling, wrinkling, tearing, or stretching from abuse or accidents. FRAMES

ICON CROFT frames are solidly constructed and tested and have a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for Five Years from the purchase date by the original owner. This warranty is non-transferable

PADDING & FOAM

ICON CROFT furniture padding and foam have a limited warranty against factory defects for Five Years from purchase date. This warranty is nontransferable. To keep your cushions and padding in good condition, avoid sitting in one spot and do not lean, sit, or reach over the back of furniture for your personal safety and to avoid disfiguring of the product from misuse this warranty will not cover.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All Icon Croft products are offered with free shipping to delivery addresses in NY, NJ, PA. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. In-stock items usually ship within 5 business days. For made-to-order products, arrival time is generally between 14-16 weeks.

We offer premium white glove delivery service in the lower 48 states this includes delivery personnel bringing your merchandise into your home, unpacking and assembling it in the room of your choice. White glove also includes removal of discarded packaging materials if requested. If you are not home to receive a scheduled delivery and the freight company has to return with your order, a second delivery fee may apply. When your shipment arrives, verify the items delivered are the same as on the order prior to signing for the delivery. All cartons shipped via freight carrier must be thoroughly inspected for any signs of mishandling such as dents, holes, rips, tears etc. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before it is signed. Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be assumed to have occurred after delivery and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Our products are shipped through a third-party delivery service. We are entrusting this third party to deliver your item in a timely fashion. Once the package leaves our facility, it is now the responsibility of said third party to deliver and place your purchase.
