OBITUARY OF DAVID DELBECQ

David DELBECQ, 41 of Mount Pleasant, Utah returned to his Father in Heaven after a two year battle with brain cancer, on Sunday, August 25.

He was born on September 03, 1971 in Calais France. He attended school at Lycée Pierre de Coubertin in France and the Prestigious Acting School Cours Florent, Paris, Utah State University and Snow College where he was studying to be a history teacher, his life's dream.

One of David's favorite quotes was "The time will come when you will believe that everything is finished. It is then that everything will begin".

He met the love of his life Amy JOHANSEN, daughter of George N. and Kay JOHANSEN of Mount Pleasant, Utah. David and Amy were married for time and all eternity in the Manti Utah Temple. Together they have five beautiful children whom they love very much, Alexandre 11, Helina 9, Aramis 5, Elliott 3, and Daniel 1.

David is survived by his parents, Elaine and Daniel DELBECQ of Trois Moutiers, France, his brother Guillaume DELBECQ of Versailles France, and sister Caroline de BOISVILLIERS of St. Denis La Reunion – France. He is also survived by his uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews who love him very much.

David will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral Services will be Thursday August 29, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Mount Pleasant Fourth Ward Chapel (55 West State). Friends may call Wednesday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Rasmussen Mortuary in Mount Pleasant and Thursday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Church prior to Services.

Interment in the Mount Pleasant City Cemetery.

The family would like to express their appreciation for the Mount Pleasant Fourth Ward and all of Sanpete County for all their help and support.
