PETALUMA, Calif. - Friday at the Sonoma Marin Fair, judges will select the World's Ugliest Dog. Dogs are judged on appearance, personality, and audience interaction. The winner will receive a grand prize of $1,500 There has been an ugly dog contest in the small Bay Area town of Petaluma for more than 50 years.
