Antifungal activity ofWallemia ichthyophaga (=Hemispora stellata Vuill. =Torula epizoa Corda)

Abstract

Five strains ofWallemia ichthyophaga were studied with respect to their antifungal activity. Two of these were found to possess high antifungal activity especially against dermatophytes.
