Abstract
As a part of studying Bambusicolous Fungi of Goa, a species of genus Nigrospora was recorded during a field survey of protected areas of Goa. After morpho-molecular analysis, the species was identified as Nigrospora zimmermanii Crous, 2017, which was found to be a new record to Indian mycoflora.
