Man pleads guilty to child rape in York County, sentencing scheduled

YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A West York man has pled guilty to Rape of a Child, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse-less than 13, Corruption of Minors and Possession of Child Porn according to the York County District Attorney.

According to court documents, Robert Hagen, 46, is accused of abusing the 5-year-old victim since they were three-years-old.

The victim told authorities that Hagen licked them inappropriately and tried to make them kiss him in an illegal way.

Court reports say the child told officials that Hagen would watch sexually explicit videos on his phone and that the victim could see these videos. The victim said the videos involved "kids" doing sexual acts.

The District Attorney says Hagen's sentencing is scheduled for May 5.
