Chef Jacques Fox, CEC, Certified Hospitality Educator, Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite Agricole de la République Française
Born in North Africa and raised in France, Chef Jacques Fox, a Chaîne Professional Member since 1993 and currently Conseiller Culinaire des États-Unis Honoraire, first learned the art and science of cooking from his grandmother and gardening from his grandfather so the family had fresh fruits and vegetables year-round. After formal culinary training and vast experience working around the world, in 2020, Chef Fox reached the pinnacle of his profession when he was awarded France’s Ordre du Mérite Agricole (Order of Agricultural Merit), second in importance only to the Legion of Honour.
