HIGH-PERFORMANCE VERSATILITY

The ULTRA-CAPABLE VR platform is built to tackle challenging group rides, diverse terrains, and extended adventures. Its exceptional performance is a result of our extensive experience in pushing the boundaries of carbon fiber construction and design over decades. The VR's design philosophy follows a "form follows function" approach, meticulously configuring each frame element to deliver an unparalleled riding experience.

ADVANCED BRAKING AND STABILITY

Equipped with disc brakes and thru-axles, the VR sets a new standard in road bike technology. Disc brakes offer superior stopping power, enhanced modulation, and consistent performance in all weather conditions, outperforming traditional rim brakes. For racers and enthusiasts focused on performance, disc brakes contribute to improved handling and overall control, while also accommodating larger tires for enhanced comfort and ride dynamics.

SEAMLESS EQUIPMENT INTEGRATION

To boost the VR's adaptability, the frame features concealed rack mounts and the option for a proprietary fender kit that seamlessly integrates with the overall design. Additionally, top tube mounts are available for attaching a "bento box" style storage bag. The two-bolt setup, with standard water bottle cage spacing, provides riders with the flexibility to use a variety of aftermarket storage solutions.

OPTIMIZED FOR ENDURANCE

With modern geometry and a robust bottom bracket, the VR excels in both high-performance scenarios and extended rides across diverse surfaces. The disc-only frame design eliminates the need for a rim caliper mount, allowing for slender seat stays that enhance comfort. Positioned outboard of the seat tube, these seat stays also contribute to lateral stiffness. The VR is meticulously crafted to deliver an optimized, all-day riding experience.

Excellent Service!!!

This review is more so geared toward the excellent customer service provided by Wheel & Sprocket! I had multiple questions about this Felt VR build prior to ordering and Wheel & Sprocket staff were quick to respond and provided a ton of help choosing the right bike. Once the order was placed, it shipped immediately (order placed mid-day and it shipped same day). Bike arrived exactly as described.

As for the bike, so far I love it. Just finished building it up and waiting for the rain to let up so I can spin the pedals on some pavement. This build is absolutely impossible to beat at this price. I'll update following a few rides.

FYI - assembly is pretty straight-forward, but a little more involved than a direct-to-consumer brand (e.g., wrapping bars, installing front lock-on rotor, etc.).

Love it

I bought this bike as the price was lower than what I thought were comparable bikes. It arrived earlier than expected and was easily assembled (by a friend who knows how to do so better than me). I love the bike, it's a huge leap from what I had been riding tech wise. (This is my jump into disc brakes and electric shifting so that's how far a leap i made...) Everything went super smoothly and I couldn't be happier. I doubt I'll be buying another bike for some time, but I'll check out W&S for other components in the future.
