This is the first ever release of Adrien Dhondt's personal side project. Like his classic grower Champagne at Dhondt-Grellet, this is 100% chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs. His aim is to show how the vineyard translates into the Champagne, bottling it under less pressure than the domaine wines in order to let the differences shine through.
