Mario Longo begins his third season at Post University in 2013. He will assist head coach Bill Ferrare with all aspects of the cross country and track and field programs.
 
In his first season as assistant coach at Post University, he helped the women’s squad to a seventh place finish at the CACC Championship. The men’s team finished 11th at the meet.Â
