Pullulan: Industrially Important Biopolymer- Exopolysaccharide Structure & Industrial Production Pullulan is an industrially important polymer produced from a fungus Aerobasidium pullulans. The industrial process of production(Upstream and Downstream are discussed) and applications are explained in detail.
