Exact flowers are not guaranteed - we are a small shop and the holidays create limited supplies. Your arrangement will come in this vase and be filled to budget in the same shape. We do our best to ensure customer satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with your order, call or come by the store!
For customs arrangements or colors, please call 405-919-0262. Walk-in orders on Valentine's Day are first-come first-serve, so order ahead and skip the chaos!

Delivery Info
When you place your order, you'll get a confirmation email. You will also get notice of fulfillment to that email. Please note we do not call before delivery, but we will call the recipient if no one is present to accept the flowers, then you to reschedule or redirect delivery if weather conditions do not permit leaving the arrangement outside. Additional fees may apply.
Information Safety
All of your personal and credit card information is encrypted. Your information will not be sold to other companies or be able to access outside of the account you create with Ray's Room. Your privacy and confidentiality are of the highest important to us.

FAQ
How do I care for my wrapped flowers?
Once you receive your wrapped bouquet, fill up a vase with room temperature water, cut all of the stems to the appropriate height of the vessel, and place them in. For longer lasting flowers, keep the vase filled to the top and replace the water every other day!
My flowers died? Help.
Ray's Room has a three day guarantee on our arrangements, though your flowers, if properly cared for, should last much longer! However, if there is an issue, don't hesitate to call or DM us with your first and last name, and we'll get the issue corrected ASAP!
I don't see what I'm looking for on the website, are there more options?
We absolutely do custom orders for anything wrapped or in a vase, for any price range! If you're not seeing what you need, give us a call and we'll get you squared away!
Why isn't this arrangement available for delivery, but I can pick it up?
Our delivery minimum is $45, however, if you're willing to pay the small order fee of $5.99 on top of delivery, we can absolutely deliver anything from $5-$40! Just give us a call and we'll take care of it!
