Michel Plessers

Michel Plessers obtained his law degree at the ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles) in 1987, before specializing in economic law (1989) and obtaining an additional master’s in law at Cambridge University (1990).

He became a member of the Brussels bar in 1987 and worked at the law firms De Bandt, Van Hecke & Lagae (currently “Linklaters”) and Heilporn & Kadaner, where he was a partner for 20 years.

Michel specialized in civil and commercial law. He has developed extensive experience in property development and all related fields (real estate transactions, business establishments, national and international arbitration, civil and commercial disputes). He is among the most qualified lawyers in the field of property law.

He taught property law at the ULB and he is also a regular speaker at the Commission Interuniversitaire de Droit Notarial.

He contributed to the Cahiers de droit immobilier and regularly writes for several legal publications.

For many years he has continuously been recognized by Chambers as one of the leading Belgian real estate professionals.

Michel works in English, French and Dutch.

His hobbies include the sciences, the arts, history, economy and travel.

Stefan Agneessens

Stefan Agneessens obtained his law degree at the VUB (Vrije Universiteit Brussel) in 2003.

He then immediately joined the Brussels bar at the law firm Heilporn & Kadaner, where he specialized in real estate law and quickly became a partner.   

Stefan accompanies his clients in all types of real estate transactions, development and construction projects, lettings, as well as disputes (he pleads before all Belgian courts in both Dutch and French).

He has specific experience in the field of « Retail » and in particular commercial lease agreements.

Stefan is perfectly trilingual (Dutch, French and English).

Besides the law and real estate, his interests include international politics, the economy, skiing and travelling.

Vianto Pashku

Vianto Pashku obtained a Master in law at the VUB (Vrije Universiteit van Brussel). After gaining experience in the corporate world at the headquarters of BEOBANK, he became a member of the Brussels bar and joined Heilporn & Kadaner in 2016, where he perfected his skills in the field of real estate, insurance and civil liability law.

He quickly became a versatile, pragmatic and successful lawyer focusing mostly on dispute resolution (both out of court and judicially) and always goes the extra mile for his clients.

Vianto works in Dutch, French and English.
