Also known as the Coulotte, this 100% full-blood Wagyu cut can be served as a roast or cut into Top Sirloin steaks. It has intense marbling and flavor and the steaks often have the appearance of a ribeye.

Shipping Information: 
Orders placed by noon Monday through Thursday will be shipped the same day for overnight delivery. Orders placed after noon will be shipped the following day. No orders will be shipped out Friday through Sunday.

The beef from Carney Cattle Ranch is like no other I have purchased. I took the time to research how to cook each piece of meat I purchased as I did not want to ruin such good product. Melt in your mouth and the roasts can literally be cut in thick slices and appear as a great medium rare steak. Recommend hightly.
