Important Details About Bookings

| Bays rented hourly. Online bookings over an hour need to reserve one hour at a time

| You may bring your own clubs or rent a set from TCC (limited number of sets available)

| Bay start times may begin a few minutes late (guaranteed an hour of bay time)

| Bay time may be extended hourly, IF there are no reservations scheduled in the next hour

| Food and Beverages will be served in Bay (please order early if only booked for an hour)

  • When you book your reservation, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers. To be respectful of your fellow customers, please call as soon as you know you will not be able to make your reservation.

    If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Reservations are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another customer access to that reservation time.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please call us at 724-789-TURN (8876) between the hours of 9am-9pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

  • A cancellation is considered late when the reservation is cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made 12 hours or fewer will receive a 50% refund only.

    Customers who miss their reservation or more than 15 minutes late without giving prior notice will be consider a no-show and will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

    We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to your card on file. By signing this agreement, you are aware of the cancelation/no-show policy and that your credit card will be charge if not properly followed.
