Stipple engraving on hand laid paper. Description: Published by P.J. Uylenbroek in 1803.Artists and Engravers: Made by 'L. Portman' after 'Louise Charlotte de Neufville-Ritter'. Ludwig Gottlieb Portman (1772-1828) was a Dutch printmaker, engraver and art dealer. Louise Charlotte de Neufville-Ritter (1779-1859) was a Dutch miniaturist paintress and watercolourist. Condition: Good, given age. Margin cropped close to the image edge. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
