Take the easy way out and buy these wonton wrappers instead of making your own.

They’re great with a veggie or mushroom filling, and work either boiled or fried. They break apart easily if they become dry/stale so make sure to use them all quickly. Couldn’t get a picture of my fried dumplings since they were eaten too fast. Price: less than $3 at Wegmans.

Did you know these wonton wrappers were vegan? I use these two ways, one

to make dumplings filled with veggies And fried and two, I cut them in strips and season and fry them and use them as a salad topping (swipe to see pics)

So delicious either way!!

Just over here making vegan crab rangoon. One of the few things I have missed

being a vegan… I wish people veganized more things in their restaurants. Anyway, love that I found these and realized I could make these in the air fryer quickly… you know, for emergency snacks.

I made vegan wonton soup today. I found the wraps so small to work

with and very labor intensive. I couldn’t get them wrapped right, I have a whole new respect for those who can. I got a little better. Then I really didn’t care for the taste of the wrap what I did like was my broth. I think I will make the broth again and use with dried noodles.
