I’d tried all kinds of walking shoes, high priced, well known brands, low heels, regular heels, you name it I’ve returned it. Granted my feet have suffered the after effects of neuropathy and are not happy puppies but surely something was out there. I've been a New Balance customer for many years and was pleasantly surprised to find these Avias to be very similar. I've got a narrow heel with a wider toe, and high arches. Dusty lavender won't go with everything but I don't mind. Not a sporty, cool looking shoe. Kind of a 'gramma' shoe but eh, I could be a gramma soon...These are soooo comfy.
