Had trouble with Jostens getting the right gown over 3 times, went to Amazon and got it right on the first try and it fits perfectly!!! Love Amazon they always come through!!! For graduation apparel I suggest that you use Amazon and not the oter vendors because it will be correct the first time.

This Doctorial Graduation gown from the CLERKMANS Store on Amazon arrived a bit wrinkly, but after a gentle washing and drying it came out just fine. It's comfortable to wear, and looks good. The material looks good and feels okay, the velvet is not nearly as plush as I'm used to, but at this price point it's not reasonable to expect better.

Since for most people this is a one-time use garment, it should serve just about anyone well. I'm giving it 5 stars for what it is, and not for what it could be, because in my view that would be unfair.

Got this for my son and it was great. It fit him amazingly and I love the design on it. The fabric material feels pretty good and I can tell it's good quality and well made. It's also not too thick so he didn't feel too hot or heavy in it and it wasn't too thin where you could see through it. The sizing was great for him and the gown's shoulder length was perfect. He wore it on a cold day so he had a jacket under and it was barely noticeable. I honestly love the way it looked on him and very glad I got it.
