I've had my stomach stapled and it's hard to find a multi-vitamin that isn't the size of a horse pill. These are smaller versions of original Centrum. So convenient to get all my critical vitamins and minerals in one pill. Easy to swallow and doesn't clog my stomach. Digests easily and does not cause irritation in the stomach or intestines. I can only swallow smaller sized pills and the minis are perfect.

I have trouble swallowing full size daily vitamin tablets, even if I split them in half. These minis go down so much easier. I take one in the morning, one in the evening. The added cost is only a few cents per day.

That said, the seller needs to rotate their stock. I ordered a bottle of 180 tablets (90 days supply) in early October 2023. The expiration date is December 2023. I still have about 2 weeks supply from my previous order, so these will be a little out of date by the time I finish them. Not a big deal, but the last time I ordered (July 2023), I received vitamins that don't expire until Feb 2024 - 7 months into the future. This time, only 3-momnths into the future. So, I took away a star. I'll try to find a new supplier next time I order these.
