Super easy setup. You can change which direction the slide faces, which is great because I oriented it wrong at first and was worried it wouldn't fit where I wanted it. Took it apart, reassembled with the correct orientation, life is good. The first time putting it together took a little longer but subsequent partial disassembly and reconstruction took less than 5 minutes

We used this slide for a birthday party and it’s cute and seems study and we DID have all the pieces arrive. However I took off one star because in the photos AND the color choice option, it says “white” and looks like it’s all white in the photo but there’s actually some gray on it. Part of the actual slide ramp is gray and all the knobs on the slide are gray. This was super disappointing to me because I thought it was going to be all white based on what I read and saw and I needed that for the theme. So be aware that even tho it says it’s just white, it’s not. I’ll update with a photo later. Aside from the color though, it’s a decent slide. My daughter loves the ball that came with it and the assembly instructions came with pictures which I loved and it made it easy to out together !
