Note:

1. The factory setting of the intercom is in the OFF state. Please hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to turn on the intercom before first using it.

2. This wireless intercom system is a half-duplex system. So that you can not speak and listen at the same time. Please wait for the other party to finish speaking and then press the TALK key to respond.

Troubleshooting:

Problem 1: Does not work

Possible solution 1: Check if both intercoms are powered. Charge the devices for at least 1 hour, then try again.

Problem 2: Cannot hear the response

Possible solution 1: Check if both intercoms are on the same channel. If not, press the [UP] & [DOWN] keys to set them to the same channel.

The other person will hear your voice immediately (Prohibit both parties holding the talk button at the same time).

What is the communication range?

The range is up to 500 meters (1640ft).

How long is it used after fully charged?

The standby time of the intercom is 48 hours, the using times will be influenced by the frequency of use. We suggest keep the intercom stay in the charge station after use or charge every 40 hours.

Encounter interference from strange conversations or noise?

Please change the channel to solve it and make the different units keep a distance of more than 2 meters.

How do you know what channel is selected for each one?

The intercom will broadcast the channel number while changing the channel.

I got this product to use between my dad who is downstairs and me upstairs. He is recuperating from an illness and is not quite mobile yet. I was excited to get it based on the reviews I read. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong in using it but it emits jarring static noises every so often and I can hear partial conversations from people outside this household. I’m a little disappointed with this product - so far it hasn’t proven that be too useful.

I've tried many different intercom/walkie talkies to be able to communicate with my elderly sisters on the far end of our house and this is by far the best one. It charges in the base, it's very clear hearing (so long as it is out of the base while you communicate) and easy to use which is the most important feature, as my sisters are impaired. The minimal features makes it a breeze to use.

I've only used it for about 4 days or so, but unless something changes, this is worth the cost.
