Lightweight and slipping from under feet

The color is pretty. However this is a very light-weight rug. On the bathroom floor tiles the rugs are slipping and moving under feet. To prevent injury I used the two sided glued tape to have the rugs stick to the bathroom floor. However with all this precaution I am not sure how I shall be able to clean the rugs. I am already thinking of replacing them.
