I have had the 18" joe for 7 years and bought the big joe because i needed more grilling space. Very happy with the improvements and modifications they have added. Excellent product and design. Assembly is already mostly done and the packing and boxing shows intelligence and thought for the end user. Hardest part what getting the interior inserts inserted into the ring cap.

I bought big joe 2 grilll from them on August 8, 2020. The fiberglass gasket was detached from the grill after short term usage.
I’ve filed 8 times and they closed all the cases.
Previous case numbers are 182491, 179121, 177476, 177475, 177474, 174316, 174317. They closed all and failed for the shipping the gasket.
It's terrible customer service experience with kamado joe. Thanks to Amazon customer service team that sent me a gasket instead of kamado joe.

Be careful when you’re buying, check the grill properly and use the return period if you see any issues! Because I didn’t get any support from kamado joe.
