My only complaints would be the long shipping time as this hat comes from Australia and there is no inside head liner. Other than that, it's perfect. I wish I had ordered sooner as now the weather here is warming up and the wool is a little hot down south. Looking forward to cooler temps. Hat came in box to keep it from being crushed during shipping.

When I first put this Trilby on, it was sitting loose on my head. But when I measured it, it was correctly 57 cm (medium) as I ordered. The dip in the crown was holding the hat high and loose. After pulling it down, it fit my head perfectly.
I have two other Trilbies, but his one has the best feel and quality as my other ones. I am happy with it.
