These fit exactly like my OEM blades but they are just a slightly modified design (see images). Other than that, they work identically to the OEM blades and I’ve done about 3 shaves so far with them and the cut performance is exactly the same way as the OEM’s. No deal breaking missing features or quality issues. Only thing was shipping from amazon.com in a simple plastic baggie with one of the blades popped out of the housing.

I relucantly bought these as replacements for my basic Philips Norelco 5000 series Shaver, knowing full well they were aftermarket and not OEM. However, after reading the mostly positive Amazon reviews I felt re-assured, and also my shaver was the most basic best selling model of the series this replacement head was supposed to fit.

These did not fit at all, I spent almost an hour trying every combination as if trying to unlock a puzzle, and even tried just using the new metal blades with my existing heads. It was an ultimate fail as the blade assembly was different, and these whole replacemnt heads simply would not fit a Norelco 5000 Shaver.

I was hoping this was a viable knock-off, but it is not. If you are looking at these and have a Norelco 5000 series, look elsewhere.

Getting the whole head replacement, rather than individual blades, makes life a lot easier. Quick to fit and likely to make you replace it more often than if you had to fit the individual blades which can be a nightmare.

I've been buying generics for my Norelco for years and never had an issue. This all changed with this piece of junk. First: It doesn't attach securely. Flip open the top and watch this piece get launched across the room. I ended up gluing it on. Second: The heads are absolute junk. The quality of shave is just awful. It pulls hair and cuts poorly, irritating the skin.
