Product Description

The popularity of the award-winning Oasi and the demand for a lower volume version led us to design this new edition. The Oasi LV maintains all of the key features of the original Oasi in a lower volume package. It will radically change how you think about high performance climbing shoes. Its down-turn and down-camber are ideally suited on steep climbs, but you will immediately notice the edging and smearing performance as well - a true distinction. The 3.5mm Vibram XS Grip outsole and highly sensitive midsole make the Oasi LV feel like an extension of your foot rather than a box around it, and the comfort is unparalleled. The two straps utilize Draxtor Technology to provide a fine tuned fit. You can expect consistent performance throughout the life of the shoe, thanks to the synthetic upper and cotton lining.

These shoes are awesome. Right out of the box and on my feet. Felt like slippers. Great sleeve inside and the strap is adjustable for my support in the toe or the heel.
People comment on the colors all the time.
The fit was a little large when I sized it to my standard shoe but it would be too short if I went down a 1/2. I just have narrow feet.
Get these if want to have comfort while sending difficult problems.

My favorite climbing shoes. They are the perfect all-around shoe, edge very well, and fit me very well. They come in sizes 14+ (US), which is hard to come by in climbing shoes. I'm on my 4th pair in 6 years, love them!

I will compare the Masai to my Scarpa maestro. They both have an asymmetrical toe. The Maasai is a much softer shoe that moulds to your foot. The maestro is a stiffer shoe that moulds your foot to the shoe. The Maasai has laces long enough to wrap around the entire shoe for a closer fit. The maestro does not need wraparound laces because the shoe is so stiff. The Maasai supports a thinner, higher arch, and flatter or smaller toes as you will see in the pictures. I’m including a picture of my foot for a reference to show a good shape for the asymmetrical toe.

I prefer the Masai for fit and comfort. I think it climbs as aggressively as the maestro but is much more comfortable.

The fit is true to size. I normally wear a women’s 8 and the 8 fit me perfectly.
