HUGE spool; great quality
I very frequently find myself needing rope for random things. Sometimes just to hang something up, sometimes to make paracord bracelets/bands and sometimes for more in depth projects. I decided to get this spool of paracord to have on hand and I am really glad I did. But I have to say, I severely underestimated how much rope there is on a 1000ft spool. This thing is way bigger than I anticipated, which is a good surprise to have. This should last me forever. I don’t think I’ll ever use that much paracord, but at least I will always have some whenever I need it now. The paracord seems to be really good quality and I also really like the color pattern it has. The paracord has a weight rating of 1000lbs which is very impressive. None of my casual projects need that strong of rope, so this should work for everything I end up doing. If you frequently find yourself needing rope or if you are an avid outdoorsman, then I would highly suggest you check out this paracord.

This is quality cord that I have no doubt would measure up to the posted strength even though I have no way to prove it. The outer sheath is tightly woven and have not found a blemish or broken thread yet. The inner threads are nicely wound and protected from damage and abrasion which should make this cord last a good while. The digital camo color is trendy and shouldn't stand out in the wilderness, but might be easier to lose if placed on the ground. The spool of cord was shrink wrapped during shipping to protect from damage and stains and to keep spool from unraveling. This cord would have no problem going toe to toe with anything you could get from the .mil folks. I would not hesitate to get this paracord again and doubt anyone could find fault with it.

This paracord is high quality and very strong. I go ATVing a lot and I keep this spool tied to the front of my trailer. I has come in handy for so many things for myself and camp mates. This is perfect for tarps, packing sleeping bags back up, etc. One of the kids at can even macrame handles for insulated cups out of it. I thought I would never run out by getting the 1000' roll, but sharing it at camp for a few months and is almost time to re-order. I will be purchasing this again. I'll even get the same color!

I've been becoming more crafty with paracord and finding more things to do with it. From making rock slings to a simple strap for attaching a weight to wrist strengthening equipment. It's a good price for a huge amount of stronger, thicker cord.
Compared to the standard 550 paracord I usually use, my only complaint revolves around melting it closed to prevent fraying. The pro being it is fairly flame resistant, the con being is doesn't melt easily.
