Product Description
Wera Kraftform Micro Electronic Screwdrivers are designed to reduce the fastening time and cost per screw connection. Kraftform Micro handle features the shape that facilitates high torque transfer and precision feel for fine adjustment work. Hand support on convex/concave cap offers both an easy turning action and comfortable hand rest. The slim fast-turning zone, beneath the cap, accelerates the screwdriving process and reduces time-consuming grip adjustments. Integrated soft zones in handle bulge, transfer high tightening/loosening forces without losing contact with screws. Precision zone at blade provides better feel for rotational angle during fine adjustment work. Anti-roll protection stops screwdrivers from rolling away at the workplace. "...This one fit in nicely only to find out there was no more adjustment left in the control I was working on. No fault of the screwdriver though!" Read more
Customers are mixed about the handle width of the screwdriver. Some mention that it's wide enough to give them plenty of torque when working with the screw, and is of proper scale to the screws that use this. However, others say that the shaft is too wide and the tool is useless for their needs. The shaft obviously gets wider toward the handle, and it won't fit the 5-Point screws found on some Apple iPhone 4 wireless phones. The handle is too short to reach the screw and the screw won''t protrude from the socket.
"...to use when installing a new screw and therefore the screw won't protrude from the socket...." Read more
"The handle is longer than some 2mm screwdrivers. I use this screwdriver to adjust a hermle clock. Very good product." Read more

"...It was the perfect size. A lot of times the end is right but the shaft is to wide. This one fit down into the knob post perfectly." Read more

I talked to Thermador ‘installation specialist’ tech support, where he insisted over and over again that there was a screw 1.5” down the shaft. He said if I couldn’t find it I would have to call out a ‘certified Thermador technician.’
I ordered this 3” 2mm screwdriver: the adjustment screw was actually 2 3/8” down, so this screwdriver reached it easily.
A very nicely made high quality tool.

i'm just a hobbyist, taking apart used mechanical watches and pocket watches that can no longer be salvaged, for upcycled coppertronic jewelry parts. i bought a "watch toolkit" and the slotted screwdrivers were still way too big for the watches i was taking apart and everytime someone asked me "have you tried an eyeglass repair kit?" i would get irritated because an eyeglass screw is about three times as big as the screws in a watch! so i did a lot of research into into "professional" watch tools and just decided what i really needed was a good small screwdriver that can fit comfortably in my hand. they were harder to find than i expected but then i finally came across this -- and so far, it works great! i think the tip is magnetized because all the tiny screws stick to it so no more switching to tweezers to set a screw in place or pick it out. it's also ergonomic and my fingers just naturally went right into the grooves of the handle when i went to use it.
it's sharpened well so that it actually goes right into the tiny slots, making it easier to find its grip and twist off a screw. this whole time, i've been using a pin that came with the watch toolkit that i shaved down to meet my needs but even with my small hands, i could not get a good grip on it and it would dull after a few watches. after using this, i'm like omg why did i not get this earlier! in fact, i like it so much that i'm also getting the Wera Kraftform MIcro 2035 Electronics Percision Screwdriver, Slotted 0.8mm Head .
i've only had it for a day and disassembled 3 watches but will update if the product doesn't stand up over time.
