Orders are generally shipped Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays. We confirm your order via email, following an email providing tracking numbers at shipping. We primarily use USPS first class. Additional shipping options when available will be listed in your shipping options and cost additional.

If refrigerated your food is easily good for up to 12 months. If not refrigerated but kept sealed, 6 months. If left unsealed in fish-room, you should use up your food within 2 months.
As a Powerfood you do not need to supplement with any additional foods. A rough guide: 1 oz per 12 Endlers of varying ages per month, of course less for just fry or juvies.
