Denis Chaput Mésogée Brut Tradition Champagne NV

A blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay with a base vintage of 2017, there is such breadth to the aromas, textures and flavors of the wine. An initial sniff indicates soft bubbles with light red fruits while slowly developing into lemon, apricot, peony and apple fritter. Rich and creamy with red apples and chalky limestone, which are in perfect unison with the acidity of the wine, an acidity that stays one step ahead of the 8g/L dosage.
