About the Author

Raymond Daniel served his country for 26 years. He enlisted in The Army Air Corps in January, 1941. He was trained as an airplane mechanic. After December, 1941, he was accepted as an Aviation Cadet, completing the program on 20 May, 1943, and was given his wings, and commissioned as a 2nd Lt. Raymond was trained as a Night Fighter Pilot, and flew P61s in the Pacific.
