Description:
Acudor Electric Actuation Roof Hatches are designed to provide convenient, economical access to the roof of a building with the ease
of automation. By adding an electric actuator, our hatch can be opened and closed remotely. This feature is available on small ladder access
hatches, and more importantly on larger equipment hatches, which are typically heavy and difficult to operate
SPECIFICATIONS:
- Opening Size: 30x36 inches; fits a rough opening of this size. Hinge is on the 30" side.
- Finish: Grey color baked enamel polyester over G-90 Galvanize.
- Cover: 14 galvanized steel with a 22 gauge galvanized steel inside liner
- Cover Insulation: Double-skin construction with 1" thick Polyiso (R-6) insulation.
- Cover Seal: A continuous EPDM foam weather/draft seal gasket that is attached to the inside of cover to provide a flush, tight fit.
- Curb: 12 inch high, 14 Gauge galvanized steel
- Curb Insulation: 1" thick Polyiso (R-6) insulation with Fiberglass liner at curb exterior
- Base Flange: 3.375" wide bottom flange and pre-drilled mounting holes
- Load:Designed to support a live load of 40 lbs/sq.ft.
- Lock: Self Locking
- Choice of operating switch and/or remote control
- 12V/24V DC Electrical Actuator.
- Suitable for electrical supply AC 120V/60Hz or 230V/50Hz
- Lid can open to any angle up to 80 degrees max
