PINK paste-downs and endpapers; front endpaper reads "Henry Kellogg / with compliments of Efrm? Jan. 1st 1882 OR 1862. Luther? Kellogg's signature is below that and on 2nd blank page. Text with some foxing. FOUR steel engravings by KIPPS including frontis; 312 pages with no ads pages or ad catalogue. No indication of other printings.
