Alright, alright, we get it: We messed up. Apparently BA readers really wanted to make our March cover Pimiento Mac and Cheese recipe (understandably), but some of you had trouble tracking down the Peppadew peppers it called for. Usually when we list hard-to-find ingredients we'll give out a source and an explanation. This time, we left you hanging. Our bad. So you called, you emailed, you left comments on the website. You made it known to us: These sweet, slightly spicy South African peppers haven't exactly gone mainstream. We take full responsibility for our actions, and we feel terrible for leading you on and not delivering.
