Moillard produces a range of wines in Burgundy from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Aligoté. The domaine is based in Nuits-Saint-Georges, although its 20 hectares (49 acres) of vineyard land spread from Vougeot in the north to Volnay in the south. Moillard's top sites include Pommard Premier Cru Les Rugiens, Volnay Premier Cru Clos des Chênes, Nuits-Saint-Georges Les Argillats, and a plot in the Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru vineyard.
