Seller listed it’s as new without box
But clearly the boots had use found stains/blemishes and creases so they are not new in my opinion
The reason for negative feedback is after contacting seller about issues all I got was nonsense no help just asking for return to sell to someone else

Buyer was not happy with the boots after inspecting them with a magnifying glass and finding a small blue glue stain and a "crease" on the leather tongue of the boot. The buyer tried to hustle me by saying either send the a partial refund or they would return the boots for a full refund. I asked politely that they initiate a return so that they would get paid in full. The buyer continued with telling me how bad of seller I am because I wouldnt give a partial refund. The process was never started
