This was not a direct fit for my 2005 F250, but when I broke off the guide pins, I used the double sided tape on it to affix it to the grille. This looks great on my truck and with that double sided tape, it's not going anywhere. Buy with confidence that it WILL work on your application with just the slightest modification.
