Shipping time was appropriate for an international plant transaction. The 'rooted cutting' is as described. The cutting itself is as described. However, the plant was packed only in a bubble envelope, with no packing or other wrapping to protect a sub-tropical plant traveling through various climate exposures, including freezing temps in the US northeast. The precious roots may or may not be viable. But the actual cuttings may very well be able to develop additional roots. Fingers crossed.
